About

I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Health Services Research and Policy at the University of Rochester Medical Center. My research focuses on the intersection of health economics, health policy, and gerontology, with an emphasis on evaluating policies and interventions that affect vulnerable older adult populations.

I am currently a graduate research assistant in the Department of Public Health Sciences and Surgical Health Outcomes Research Enterprise (SHORE) at URMC, working on NIH- and NIA-funded projects examining (1) equity in surgical care for incarcerated individuals and (2) the impact of state essential caregiver programs on dementia care outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic. My prior work includes research on health disparities, healthcare financing, and access to care in both U.S. and global contexts, with peer-reviewed publications in The Lancet Regional Health – Western Pacific, Social Science & Medicine, and Journal of Applied Gerontology.
